Strategic Reentry Operations Model
Why the Reentry Council Exists
The Reentry Council exists to foster collaborative communication, planning, and coordinated implementation around the needs of justice-involved individuals as they reintegrate into the community in a sustainable and successful way. The Council serves as a platform for community advocacy, identifies reentry needs, concerns, resource gaps, and systemic barriers, and works to develop solutions where gaps exist. Through strategic engagement and partnership, the Council helps mobilize resources, strengthen community capacity, and support individuals and families in overcoming the challenges of reintegration.
